At 360 Muscle Therapy, I offer a number of massage treatments to target pain, reduce inflammation, aid recovery and improve range of movement. Based in Bolwarra Heights in Maitland, your health and wellbeing is my top priority. When you book an initial consultation or re-booking, I’ll take the time to understand you, how your body moves, strengths and assess areas that require attention. Each treatment plan is tailored to you to help you achieve your goals. My mission is to help treat the root of the problem, not just the symptoms.
$80 for 45 min - 1 hour treatment

Consultation
As your certified remedial massage therapist, I will assess your pain or injury and learn about you and how you use your body. We’ll discuss your goals and create an individualised plan to meet them. Each session aims to provide massage treatments and empowers you to manage your own healing without the need for ongoing sessions.
